DR. KAMMYE STALEY
FOUNDER AND CEO OF CHAMPIONS PREPARATORY ACADEMY
Over the past 20 years educationalist and founder of Champions Academy, Kammye Staley, has had the distinguished honor of leading schools and educational programs, by operating in diverse capacities such as physics, chemistry, and STEM-based learning instructor. While receiving a Masters in Educational Leadership from Southern University in Lakeland, Florida, her expertise culminated through her work as a learning support specialist, special education teacher, case manager, and program director.
Kammye's rèsumé demonstrates evidence of her academic success, and she is the founder and visionary of various community endeavors -- including but not limited to community outreach programs for teens, after-school programs, and staffing and consulting agencies. In 2018 she was nominated as a Family Ambassador for Georgia's Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) serving South Fulton County. She was also elected to serve as a Policy Council Board Member for Sheltering Arms Child Development Centers.

As an entrepreneur, she has meticulously crafted and initiated training programs for fortune 500 companies. In addition, through her advocacy, she has encouraged city governments to sponsor Community outreach programs for families and children. Due to her unsurpassed "legendary status" in the community and her outstanding achievements throughout, she was the recipient of Atlanta's Phenomenal Woman Award in 2005.
